Tad late, but I'm joining in Smiley

Shatten Reyze Team, have a great whatever remains of Christmas time, and a lovely New Year.

I still have this little Shatten Reyze poster mockup (which I made roughly a year and a half ago for fun and as a little incentive) as my desktop background. It used to have '2010' date on it, then around December 2010 I crossed out the 0 and put 1 over it, only to cross out 1 and put 2 to make it 2012 a year later.
And while I'd be happy to see the game released someday, I'm actually looking forward to crossing out the 2 next year since I got to love the atmosphere on this forum and inside the team. Thanks for being such awesome team members guys, and Merry Christmas!

A few reference examples I googled in the meantime, for cat's location ideas:

- musician (banjo, violin) on a sunken mississippi steamer 1900 (daytime or sunset)
A 1924 steamer:

Late 19th century one, plus some other wrecked boats (cool site btw):

A 1905 steamer:

Two images from the crash site (modern times, but I don't think this area has changed much since then):

- Janis Joplin 60s --> Hippie community (daytime)
Not much to google here, but this site has a cool hippie bus photo:

Not sure what that's exactly about, but here are some of the more fascinating countryside junkyards:

Yeah, the lazy bastards would sometimes just switch to German all of a sudden, don't mind them  Grin And welcome to the board.

@Sebastian: If you feel like writing a short summary of what was revamped, I'd gladly grab the opportunity to catch up with you three on the storyline.

I'm from Papua New Guinea.
But seriously, you never asked Smiley

And that reminds me I totally forgot to answer what you asked in the Nimbus thread: the dreadful exam I took in December was a language certificate in advanced Japanese and I have a strong feeling I failed. But whatever, the Japanese would always expect me to understand English only just because I have blond hair, so who cares about my language proficiency. Duh.

And that in turn reminds me to tell you guys that I'll be moving to Japan in about two months, and that probably means I'm not gonna be online for the first month or so of my stay. I just know that the little bastards will do anything to prevent me from having Internet access at home. Duh again.

I can take over the most crucial parts if needed. I know I have plenty of unfinished background work to do, but I suppose we could set a priority for specific works, i.e. this animation first, then this background, then that background, then that animation.
